SecuTec® Genu Flex

After ligament injuries, SecuTec Genu Flex reliably stabilizes the knee. The orthosis relieves the ligaments, protects you from harmful movement and assists the healing process.

The SecuTec Genu Flex is an orthosis for the knee joint with semi-flexible frame design. Moveable plastic links on the thigh and lower leg make this orthosis fit smoothly. This means it always remains securely in position during movement, offering maximum wearing comfort. The orthotist can adjust the knee orthosis to your leg circumference by adding or removing individual chain links – even during treatment to compensate for volume fluctuations. Additionally, the thigh and lower leg frame can each be configured to two lengths to correctly treat the knee. Equally, independent restriction of flexion and extension as well as immobilization of the joint is possible.

Thanks to lightweight construction and thin, soft microfiber cushions, the orthosis lies flat on the body, thus ensuring inconspicuous, secure protection during everyday activities.

Care instructions:

• The aluminum frame and plastic parts can be cleaned with pH-neutral soap
• We recommend washing the cushions and straps by hand at 30 °C.
• After contact with salt water and chlorinated water, thoroughly rinse the orthosis out with plain water.
