Anyone striving for peak performance has to work hard. Intense training sessions, demanding competitions – often combined with a job or university studies and little free time. For elite athletes, this is everyday life. Together with the German Sports Aid Foundation (Stiftung Deutsche Sporthilfe), Bauerfeind supports these athletes by providing them with our products every year and offering guidance both preventively and in the event of injury. We help them recover faster, so they can fully focus on their next competition – and push their own limits. As an official service partner of Deutsche Sporthilfe, Bauerfeind has been supporting around 3,800 sponsored athletes since 2013 with braces, supports, orthoses, and medical compression stockings – promoting their health, performance, and recovery.

The NBA (National Basketball Association) is regarded as the strongest and most prestigious basketball league in the world. Those who have made it this far must work relentlessly to perform at their best game after game. As an official partner of the NBA, Bauerfeind supports players with high-quality medical products designed to enhance performance, stability, and recovery.

Since 2018, the GenuTrain NBA has been the officially licensed knee support of the league – trusted by many professional athletes.

The National Basketball Athletic Trainers Association (NBATA) is an American organization of athletic trainers, physiotherapists, and physicians from various NBA teams who are dedicated to the health and well-being of the league’s elite players. To provide the best possible care, the NBATA relies on Bauerfeind’s premium products and medical expertise.

The Austrian Ski Federation stands for world-class performance. With over 1,100 clubs and around 140,000 members in total, it is one of Austria’s largest sports associations. We are proud to support active winter sports together with the federation and, in doing so, contribute to the health of the athletes.

Since 2015, Bauerfeind AG has been a proud partner of Alba Berlin. As an official partner, Bauerfeind provides professional players with compression products, supports, insoles, and orthoses – both preventively and in the event of injury. Particularly in demand are insoles, sports supports, and compression products that aid recovery after training and competition. Alba Berlin is one of Germany’s most successful basketball clubs and also the largest in terms of membership.

A club with tradition: THW Kiel has been around since 1904, and handball has been played there since 1923. Today, the team is Germany’s most successful handball club. To help add to their impressive record of 44 national and 10 international titles, Bauerfeind has been supporting the club since 2012 with premium medical products – enhancing stability, recovery, and top athletic performance.

With more than 100,000 members, Eintracht Frankfurt is one of Germany’s largest football clubs. In May 2022, the men’s team celebrated one of the club’s greatest achievements – winning the UEFA Europa League. The Eintracht women’s team also impressed during the 2021/22 Bundesliga season, finishing in an outstanding third place. Since August 2022, Bauerfeind has been an official partner of Eintracht Frankfurt’s professional women’s football team, supporting the players’ health, performance, and success on and off the field.

With numerous national and international titles, SSC Palmberg Schwerin is the most successful club in Germany’s Women’s Volleyball Bundesliga. The club’s success is built on long-standing partnerships, a vibrant home-game atmosphere at the PALMBERG ARENA, and the unwavering support of loyal fans. Bauerfeind provides the players with supports, orthoses, compression stockings, and insoles – helping them stay stable, prevent injuries, and perform at their best.

At the 2016 Olympic Games, Thomas Röhler claimed the gold medal with an impressive javelin throw of 90.30 meters. The track and field athlete from Jena is supported by Bauerfeind with high-quality products during both training and competition.

Moving together – for life. At the age of 17, twins Anna and Lisa Hahner discovered their passion for running. Their dream of becoming successful athletes has since come true. Bauerfeind supports the sisters with compression garments for both training and travel. They also rely on supports and orthoses for injury prevention and recovery, helping them stay strong and perform at their best.

German long-distance runner Hendrik Pfeiffer and Bauerfeind AG have been working even more closely together since January 2025. Bauerfeind has been supporting the top athlete with its high-quality products since 2023.

The collaboration with the 31-year-old began through a product request made via the German Sports Aid Foundation (Stiftung Deutsche Sporthilfe). As an official service partner of the foundation, Bauerfeind provides medical support products to all sponsored athletes in Germany. Representing Düsseldorf Athletics e.V., Pfeiffer relies on Bauerfeind Sports Upper Leg Sleeves and Arm Sleeves during his competitions – enhancing performance, stability, and recovery.
