A venous leg ulcer – an especially severe form of venous disorder – results in chronic wounds on the lower leg. These develop due to high venous pressure accompanied by insufficient supply to the tissue. Special compression stockings replace the standard compression bandage and promote wound healing of the venous leg ulcer. For this purpose, our VenoTrain® ulcertec is composed of an outer stocking and a skin-friendly liner. Both components provide ideally coordinated compression. The result is a unique compression profile, which promotes faster healing of the lower leg ulcer. The compression system is easy to put on without any outside help. The liner can also be washed at 95° to ensure compliance with the highest hygienic standards.
